  • No Extra Charges: The $19.95 shipping fee is clearly and fully displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Cut-Off & Processing Schedule

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST / GMT-05:00 New York).

  • Handling Schedule: Orders received before 6:00 PM EST will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.

4. Delivery Timeline Breakdown

Your total estimated delivery time is calculated by combining our handling time and the carrier's transit time:

  • Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day (Fulfilled Monday – Sunday)

  • Transit Time: 3 – 4 Business Days (Shipped Monday – Saturday)

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 5 Business Days

5. Order Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. You can monitor your package's transit progress in real-time on the official USPS tracking website.

6. Cancellations & Address Changes

Once an order has entered the handling stage or has been handed over to USPS, we cannot alter or cancel the delivery.
