    • Transit Time: 3 – 4 Business Days (Shipped Monday – Saturday)

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • Return Window: Customers may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Eligible Items: Returns are accepted for both defective items and non-defective items (buyer's remorse/change of mind). Returned items must be new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Fees & Return Shipping: Return shipping is $0.00 (Free) using a downloadable prepaid label provided by our support team upon return approval. We do not charge restocking fees ($0.00).

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 days following inspection at our fulfillment center.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct product exchanges. Please return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order online.
